IPM has over 20 years experience and are passionate about this key business discipline. We have gained extensive levels of practical experience and understand what works and conversely what doesn't. Product Management is without doubt an inherently complex subject, primarily due to many functional interactions across the defined time frame, it also has many interpretations. Infact to further our own understanding of this subject, some years ago we mapped the complete 'product management' end to end LifeCycle activity, resulting in an interrelationship map (under continuous review) of over 14,000 interdependencies. This unique body of knowledge enables us to quickly interpret and with a high degree of confidence implement the right solution for you.
From individual training programmes, interactive business models, customer experience mapping, through to holistic Product Management Methodologies (PMM), you can be assured you are getting the best solution for your needs.
...unrivalled Product Management training based upon well-grounded first principles. Designed and delivered by professionals for professionals, our courses cover generic key concepts /disciplines of this complex subject and are complemented by interactive business model software (included as part of the course).
This superlative combination of theory, creative techniques, interactive modelling and practical application, means you can rapidly deploy learned techniques into practice on return to your workplace.

Best practice ‘on-demand’ consultant support as and when required for your project/company.
Innovation Process Management (IPM) was established in March 1996 as an independent management consultancy to assist companies in the complexities of Product and Innovation Management.
Since that time we have worked with an extensive list of international clients (...see below) consistently delivering on our promise of professionalism and quality.
As an independent resource we possess professional and extensive 'new product management' knowledge complemented by many years of dependable practical experience. We are able to offer highly flexible and complete Innovation / Product Management solutions ~ from idea generation, business plans, development processes, project management, right through to commercial release...professional resource is available whenever and wherever you need it.
In 2007 IPM developed (...and continues to develop) the proprietary Product Management Methodology. PMM is an extremely powerful end to end management work flow process. Once deployed it enables ‘Product Managers’ to manage their products in a robust and yet flexible manner via a continuous business planning activity.
Furthermore, the structured work flow approach ultimately leads to efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization which in turn relates to a situation of nothing being missed or left to chance.
Our goal is to provide a catalyst for realisable and measurable benefits....
From holistic 'PM Methodologies', 'Strategic Processes', 'Continuous Improvement Algorithms' and 'Interactive Business Models', you can observe our influences across a wide spectrum of industry. Our latest project (Arcturus7.com) represents another key milestone for the Company - Arcturus7 represents an encyclopedic body of knowledge immediately accessible for anyone involved in designing, delivering and managing products and services.
