QFD2000 is an excellent tool to support the QFD facilitator / QFD
team. It provides guidance together with a self explanatory route
through the rigors of the QFD process - It even has an activity
check list to keep your project on track. This in turn saves you
valuable time and effort, making the QFD experience absolutely effective.
Standard matrices (House of Quality, Part Characteristics, Process
Characteristics, Operating System Matrix etc.) are available as
templates or can be designed from scratch. These can then be saved
as templates for future use. Information can be dynamically linked
across matrices such that any changes in one chart is automatically
updated in linked charts.

After downloading this file to a temp directory - double click or
open 'setup.exe' file. This will in turn open a self opening zip
file. Once the program files have been copied to a folder on your
PC - double click or open setup.exe to install QFD2000 onto your
PC.
QFD2000 Demo
The QFD2000 Program can be Un-installed from your PC via the
Windows Control Panel via add/delete programs.
Training
